The Rum Story Heritage and Hospitality Regeneration Project has been supported by UKSPF/REPF grant contributions, and already an increased number of visitors are enjoying the benefits.
We now have heating – a very important factor in the area that used to be Jeffersons’ constantly cool bonded warehouse and cellars! There’s also colour-changing mood lighting, flexible furniture to suit a variety of numbers and types of events, tech facilities available for hirers to use, as well as new bar equipment to help our team members deliver a much more efficient service to our valued customers, from hot water boiler and a glass wash, to a freezer for that all-important ice.
